I must say, I have never seen a squirrel hauling an apple core up a tree and start chewing on it. I was flabbergasted at the spectacle of this little dude straddling that massive apple core like he was walking with a rash, up a tree with no help. He found the perfect seat and turned to watch me gawking at him from a safe distance. Perhaps I've led a sheltered life, but dang was that cute.
