"Sircanyousparesomechangeforthebus?"

Morning found me on the 9am bus today and it took just about an hour to get to my stop for some reason. It's like time stood still. I got a whole game of iPhone Scrabble in on the way in to work and yes, I won.

I met some friends at a restaurant I stopped off at on the way home and then met my roomie at the grocery store to replenish some staples like toothpaste, tp and cereal. Ah the bachelor life! Doesn't get much easier than that! We were in and out in 15 minutes flat. So he drops me off back at my bike which I'd chained up at the bike rack at the restaurant and I made my way to the bus stop.

So I'm riding my bike down the road and this girl walking on the sidewalk asks me, cycling on the road, FROM THE SIDEWALK a very speedy question as I'm blazing past her, "Sircanyousparesomechangeforthebus?" Being the nice guy, I say, "Actually, I'm heading that way myself." I fought the urge to ask her what thinks she could flag down someone on a freaking bike and ask them for change, not to mention someone on their way to RIDE THE BUS? What are the chances??? So I cave and give her 50 cents. What are the chances you're going to risk NOT having 50 cents on the LAST bus of the night? Then she kept asking me what time it was. Now you're pushing it, sister. Then I see that she's sitting there drinking some fancy canned milkshake or something like that. I don't know, but the past two days have been very unpleasant rides or maybe my tolerance is just slowly eroding.
