A mindless distraction

So I had a very hectic and challenging day today and needed some tune-out time so I loaded up a TV episode I'd downloaded from iTunes and plugged in the headphones to drown out the noise. If you want a bus trip to go quick, watch a video. Man, I never imagined it could go so fast. Need to make sure that doesn't become a habit. It can only lead to error. I think one needs to be a little more vigilant when it comes to riding with people you don't know. Never let your guard down.
